This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategic Management of Paid Traffic: Plan, implement, and enhance performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, maintaining a strategic perspective on budget distribution, channel combination, and its influence on the weighted pipeline.
• Experimentation and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop and execute a structured schedule of A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and creatives to boost conversion rates at every funnel stage—from initial attraction to qualified Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Advanced Web Analytics: Safeguard the integrity of acquisition data through precise tagging, event tracking, and analytics governance utilizing GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ongoing Results Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the key metrics that are vital to the business: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), and lead qualification rate—always emphasizing quality over volume.
• Analysis, Dashboards, and Executive Reporting: Create and sustain automated dashboards with AI assistance, delivering actionable insights to leadership while clearly differentiating between noise and genuine opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations: Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and the Commercial team to ensure high lead quality, robust pipeline health, and a seamless connection between acquisition and revenue.
• Demonstrated, substantial experience in Growth, Performance Media, or Acquisition, ideally within a B2B context.
• Operational and strategic expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Technical knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Practical experience in executing experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills: proficiency with spreadsheets and familiarity with Data Visualization tools.
