Senior Growth Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Produce insights that shed light on the customer journey.

• Propel lead acquisition, retention, and revenue enhancement across deskbird.

• Utilize current tracking systems and convert intricate datasets into well-organized data models.

• Engage with various datasets that represent the complete customer lifecycle.

• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, particularly in growth and marketing.

• Proficient in SQL and dbt for data modeling and constructing reliable datasets.

• Extensive knowledge in A/B testing, as well as experimental design and analysis.

• Skilled in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Strong proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, propensity modeling, and developing analytical solutions (e.g., Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn).

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
