This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will design, lead, and optimize comprehensive acquisition strategies with a complete focus on business impact.
• Translate the strategy into clear, prioritized operational plans based on impact.
• Assess risks and adapt the strategy according to results and context.
• Prioritize optimizations based on potential impact on the client's overall objectives.
• Lead the advanced management of acquisition channels (implementation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns).
• Maintain direct relationships with clients, leading strategic meetings and presenting results.
• Over 5 years of experience in multichannel acquisition / Paid Media.
• Previous experience in an agency managing multiple clients and contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads).
• Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO as applied to acquisition and demand generation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo, and DV360.
• Proficient use of AI tools applied in analysis, creativity, automation, or campaign optimization.
• Analytical skills for making data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets exceeding 100K/month.
• Intermediate to Advanced English level (minimum B2).
