This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture Product Managers across various product domains.
• Create a self-sufficient, high-performing team that embodies a culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing enhancement.
• Convert company strategy into quantifiable product outcomes.
• Lead prioritization efforts based on business impact and customer value.
• Ensure that roadmap investments yield measurable results.
• Manage portfolio planning and ensure roadmap alignment across different teams.
• Enhance delivery predictability, execution quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strike a balance between customer value, technical investments, and long-term product sustainability.
• Develop operational mechanisms, planning frameworks, and best practices in Product Management to facilitate organizational scaling.
• Continuously refine decision-making, prioritization, and execution excellence.
• Elevate the hiring standards, cultivate future Product leaders, and contribute to the evolution of the Product organization.
• Promote robust collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams.
• Utilize AI to expedite research, planning, decision-making, and communication.
• Assist the team in adopting AI-enabled workflows that enhance productivity and execution quality.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology firms.
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers or overseeing multiple product teams.
• Demonstrated track record of owning business outcomes across various products or domains.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing Product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience managing complex product portfolios and inter-team dependencies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Experience using AI to enhance product management workflows is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
