Senior Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture Product Managers across various product domains.

• Create an independent, high-achieving team with a robust culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing enhancement.

• Convert company strategy into quantifiable product results.

• Lead prioritization based on business impact and customer value.

• Ensure that roadmap investments yield tangible outcomes.

• Manage portfolio planning and roadmap synchronization across multiple teams.

• Enhance delivery predictability, execution quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Balance customer value, technical investments, and long-term product viability.

• Establish operational mechanisms, planning frameworks, and Product Management best practices that facilitate organizational scaling.

• Continually refine decision-making, prioritization, and execution quality.

• Elevate the hiring standards, cultivate future Product leaders, and contribute to the evolution of the Product organization.

• Promote strong collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams.

• Utilize AI to expedite research, planning, decision-making, and communication.

• Assist the team in adopting AI-driven workflows that enhance productivity and execution quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology firms.

• More than 5 years of experience leading Product Managers or overseeing multiple product teams.

• Demonstrated experience in owning business outcomes across a variety of products or domains.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.

• Experience in establishing and scaling high-performing Product organizations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.

• A strong analytical approach with the capability to make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in managing complex product portfolios and dependencies across teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Experience using AI to enhance product management workflows is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in English (C1+).
