📋 Description

• Oversee extensive creative testing at scale, transforming successful creatives into high-performing assets that facilitate further growth through organized, scalable iteration frameworks, collaborating closely with the creative team to shape creative direction and production based on performance insights.

• Manage and expand high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid–7 figures annually) with a primary emphasis on visual-first campaign types — Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, achieving sustainable DTC acquisition at scale aligned with LTV/CAC, ROI, and revenue objectives.

• Develop and evaluate sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies, and audience architectures utilizing segmentation, first-party data, exclusions, and expansion tactics.

• Take ownership of and actively track all performance KPIs in Google Ads and our BI tools, translating data into actionable steps that drive growth.

• Proactively suggest UX/funnel enhancements grounded in data and user behavior.

• Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends (new creative ideas, formats, funnels, propositions, competitor strategies) and proactively convert insights into opportunities for testing and scaling.

• Stay informed about industry, platform, and auction dynamics and updates, collaborating closely with other members of the PPC team across various applications — sharing knowledge, exchanging best practices, and gaining insights.

• Utilize (and proactively recommend) internal automation/analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) to minimize manual workload, enhance efficiency, and accelerate iteration.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of practical Google Ads experience with proven success in DTC (experience with subscription apps is a significant advantage), including a history of managing $1M+ budgets and significantly scaling accounts while maintaining CAC and LTV/CAC within targets.

• Profound hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types, with specialization in Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube; familiarity with other DSPs like Applovin is highly advantageous — understanding formats, setups, optimization, and scaling best practices across these campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience conducting structured, high-volume creative testing at scale, interpreting signals, and transforming winning creatives into scalable, repeatable frameworks.

• Strong understanding of visual creative formats and the elements that constitute high-performing creatives that succeed at scale (hooks, structure, offer framing, and attention-grabbing visuals).

• Expert knowledge of bid strategies and audience strategies: intent layering, first-party data application, segmentation, and expansion, among others.

• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals and the capability to proactively recommend practical improvements to funnels and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

• Highly analytical with great attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets and tools such as Excel, BI tools (Tableau), GA4, and data visualization platforms.

• Experience with other media-buying platforms such as DSPs, paid social and native ad platforms, or Apple Search Ads would be advantageous, but not necessary.

• Proactively monitor industry and competitor trends (creative concepts, propositions, funnels) and convert them into actionable recommendations.

• Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards action—autonomous, proactive, inquisitive, and experimental, constantly seeking the next growth opportunity, format, or strategy.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, as daily communication in this role is conducted in English.
