• Overseeing the complete execution of projects, which encompasses managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting client meetings to showcase consulting deliverables.
• Formulating and implementing project plans to achieve client and project goals within established scope and timeline.
• Providing recommendations through market entry strategies and strategic evaluations.
• Crafting future sales and partnership strategies.
• Developing models for sales coverage, defining job roles, and structuring commercial organizations.
• Integrating go-to-market strategies through a blend of personnel, processes, and technology.
• Creating contemporary marketing strategies that include audience segmentation, value propositions, demand-generation strategies, and approaches for lifecycle engagement.
• Establishing marketing performance frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operating models to assist organizations in optimizing expenditures, enhancing ROI, and bolstering the marketing function's contribution to revenue.
• Developing financial models to back up recommendations.
• Previous experience in management consulting is essential.
• A solid background in business, particularly in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer success, and channel partnerships.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of consulting experience, including leading engagements with large, complex organizations (e.g., Fortune 500).
• Ability to engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from hypothesis development to the final presentation of deliverables, while taking leadership/ownership of multiple specific workstreams.
• Exceptional oral and written communication/presentation skills.
• Capable of managing both internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project collaboration tools (such as Monday.com).
