📋 Description

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take charge of the complete recruitment process across various business functions.

• Strategic Talent Sourcing: Actively seek out high-caliber candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean search techniques, talent communities, and additional sourcing methods.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a reliable advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting journey.

• Candidate Assessment: Carry out structured interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Continuously foster relationships with top-tier professionals even before job openings arise.

• Recruitment Operations: Ensure accurate maintenance of recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruitment KPIs.

• Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of hiring trends, recruitment technologies, AI tools, and insights from the labor market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, creative, sales, and leadership positions.

• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Excellent skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with experience in using recruiting metrics to inform decision-making.
