This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the prompt and precise delivery of legal entity management services.
• Keep accurate records of client data and confirm that all documentation is current and complete.
• Oversee and manage clients' legal compliance obligations, including annual filings and various regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices in legal entity management.
• Assist in the creation and execution of new services and processes aimed at enhancing the client experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in legal entity management or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of local laws and regulations pertaining to legal entity management.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with senior personnel, both internal and external.
• Trustworthy with a keen focus on confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
