This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle for experienced hires across Product, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify candidates, evaluate their qualifications, manage offers, and finalize searches.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers by defining and calibrating roles, establishing assessment methods, and challenging briefs with market insights.
• Modify recruiting strategies and processes across EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
• Develop candidate pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, community engagement, referrals, and talent pools.
• Manage the candidate experience from the initial conversation to the offer stage, encompassing communication, feedback, and engagement with the employer's mission.
• Oversee recruiting operations, including scheduling and pipeline management in Ashby, without relying on sourcing or coordinator support.
• Ensure accurate ATS data and report on pipeline performance.
• Leverage AI and automation for sourcing, research, outreach, interview intelligence, ATS agents, workflows, and reporting.
• Disseminate effective AI and automation practices within the broader team.
• Extensive experience in recruiting experienced and senior-level candidates as an in-house senior recruiter.
• Minimum of five years' experience in recruiting for experienced and senior roles within an in-house setting.
• At least two years of recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in recruiting within a VC-backed, globally distributed technology company at the scale-up phase.
• In-depth knowledge in hiring for Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; senior Product recruitment is a significant advantage.
• Experience in multi-region recruiting across EMEA and the Americas, with a solid understanding of compensation norms, notice periods, and candidate expectations.
• Complete autonomy in full-cycle recruiting without a sourcer or coordinator.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills across various time zones and searches.
• Proficient hands-on ATS management in Ashby or a similar ATS, including pipeline oversight, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Ability to advise, challenge, and influence directors and VPs effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and talent-partnering abilities.
• Current practical experience with AI or automation in recruiting workflows or productivity enhancements.
• High expectations for candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Proven accountability in a remote-first work environment.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work during overlapping hours with EMEA and North America; must be in a timezone between UTC +2 and UTC -5.
• Authorization to work in the candidate's residing country.
• Preferred additional experience includes Ashby agents, global Product hiring, APAC markets, unconventional sourcing strategies, or transitioning from agency/RPO to in-house recruiting.
• Work from anywhere.
