Senior Global Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of a single, intricate customer program.

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective services.

• Foster customer relationships and address any customer concerns.

• Implement process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and lower program costs.

• Directly manage, nurture, and support the service delivery team.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to guarantee program objectives are achieved.

• Promptly identify and resolve operational challenges.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Support P&L, revenue, and profit objectives under the guidance of leadership.

• Align service delivery and adoption with strategic goals to achieve measurable client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 9 years of related experience.

• Management experience in the Technology or Professional Services sectors.

• Prior responsibility for P&L.

• Experience in a customer service setting is preferred.

• Customer Success experience is desirable.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Public speaking proficiency.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hiring.
