This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Provide support to U.S. Finance and HR teams by overseeing payroll preparation and maintaining employee records.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee timecards and payroll data prior to submission.
• Handle processes related to new hires, terminations, promotions, pay rate adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
• Review payroll registers and address any discrepancies that arise.
• Maintain payroll records and generate payroll-related journal entries for the Finance department.
• Assist with year-end W-2 forms and payroll reconciliations.
• Address payroll inquiries from employees.
• Monitor PTO balances and manage electronic personnel files.
• Draft offer letters and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business.
• Over 3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic formulas.
• Familiarity with payroll systems; experience with Proliant is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours, preferably with CST overlap.
• High degree of confidentiality is required.
