Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for key enterprise partners and Systems Integrators.

• Design scalable frameworks and resources that enhance partner adoption and engagement.

• Oversee the planning and execution of collaborative marketing initiatives with global partners.

• Propel integrated campaigns, events, and partner-driven marketing activities that foster ecosystem growth and align with business objectives.

• Manage engagement programs with senior partner executives.

• Organize strategic meetings, communications, and relationship-building activities that enhance partner alignment.

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and deliverables.

• Handle multiple intricate initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a keen focus on detail and execution excellence.

• Support the growth and development of strategic partner relationships through marketing programs and ecosystem engagement activities.

• Utilize partner insights and performance data to shape strategy and enhance program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or enterprise technology marketing.

• Experience collaborating with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.

• Strong program and project management capabilities with the proficiency to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities.

• Proven experience in developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
