This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop, adapt, and convey the worldwide marketing strategy for Tuberculosis and Respiratory Solutions within microbiology and molecular diagnostics, based on market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, clinical guidelines, and portfolio focus.
• Take ownership of global TB and Respiratory Solutions portfolio planning and execution, encompassing strategic priorities, annual marketing strategies, launch readiness, portfolio positioning, and downstream commercialization support for both segments.
• Contribute strategic insights to portfolio strategy, business cases, and annual strategic assessments, utilizing market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to pinpoint growth opportunities and priorities for TB diagnostics.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, medical affairs, market access, and regional teams to ensure the global TB strategy is aligned with product roadmaps, evidence generation, market requirements, and commercial execution priorities.
• Lead the marketing launches for the global TB portfolio, which includes new product introductions, enhancement announcements, launch packages, and materials for commercial readiness.
• Develop and implement global launch strategies in collaboration with regional marketing, commercial operations, product management, and marketing communications to stimulate coordinated and effective market activation.
• Create launch toolkits, sales enablement resources, training content, campaign assets, customer-facing tools, and portfolio playbooks that support both microbiology and molecular TB offerings.
• Ensure that launch and commercialization strategies consider regional market variances, including diverse healthcare systems, care settings, testing algorithms, public health priorities, and resource landscapes.
• Craft unique value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer narratives that effectively communicate the clinical, operational, economic, and public health significance of TB solutions across microbiology and molecular workflows.
• Simplify complex scientific, clinical, and technical details into clear, engaging, and compliant messaging for laboratorians, clinicians, procurement stakeholders, public health decision-makers, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with clinical marketing and medical teams on the creation of clinical publications, posters, scientific presentations, webinars, and educational initiatives that enhance clinical credibility and customer interaction.
• Convert clinical evidence, guidelines, and scientific data into customer-centric strategies and messaging that promote adoption and reinforce our market stance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in global or regional strategic marketing, product marketing, product management, or commercial marketing within diagnostics, IVD, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in tuberculosis, infectious diseases, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, respiratory diagnostics, or similar clinical fields is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing product launch strategies, launch packages, integrated campaigns, messaging frameworks, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing commercial materials.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific, technical, and clinical information into clear, persuasive, evidence-based marketing strategies and messages.
• Experience working across global or multiregional markets, encompassing both developed and emerging healthcare contexts, with the capacity to incorporate local clinical practices, customer needs, regulatory aspects, and market access factors.
• Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments, including the distinctions between promotional and non-promotional activities, medical review processes, and compliance standards.
• A strategic marketer with a solid ability to transform customer insights, market dynamics, clinical evidence, and portfolio priorities into effective global marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial insight, showing the ability to link marketing strategies to portfolio growth, customer acceptance, and business impact.
• Innovative, enthusiastic, and committed to the science and art of marketing, with a desire to explore new ideas and challenge traditional methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including global teams, regional stakeholders, customers, scientific collaborators, and commercial leaders.
• A strong leadership presence with the ability to navigate effectively within complex, matrixed, cross-functional settings.
• Willingness to travel internationally to regions, conferences, and customer locations as required, with travel potentially up to 20% of the time.
