This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assist in managing global benefits, leave programs, and immigration issues.
β’ Oversee employee benefits initiatives including health coverage, retirement schemes, and additional voluntary offerings.
β’ Administer benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
β’ Collaborate with insurance brokers and service providers.
β’ Guide the open enrollment procedure.
β’ Gather documentation for federally and state-mandated leaves.
β’ Provide support to the HR Operations team with various requests such as employment verifications.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations, benefits, or leave administration.
β’ Experience in supporting global teams, including those in the USA, Canada, and India, is essential.
β’ Strong organizational and administrative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage processes from start to finish and operate independently.
β’ Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and collaborating with global teams.
β’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, benefits platforms, LMS tools) is required, with experience in Rippling preferred.
β’ Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
