Senior GHL Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee GoHighLevel accounts, including pipelines, funnels, campaigns, workflows, and automations.

• Construct workflow automations utilizing Zapier, Make, direct webhooks, and API integrations.

• Create and integrate AI agents using platforms such as Cassidy, Custom GPTs, OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, LangChain, or similar technologies.

• Link GoHighLevel with tools like Stripe, Slack, Calendly, Fathom, ClickUp, and various other business systems.

• Design effective attribution systems that track the journey from ad click to booked call to finalized deal.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across client accounts and internal systems.

• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend improved technical solutions.

• Thoroughly document every build with clear SOPs, Loom videos, process notes, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with media buyers, account managers, technical operators, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with GoHighLevel, covering pipelines, funnels, campaigns, and automations.

• At least 3 years of experience in media buying or technical media operations.

• Proficient background with Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs, and custom integrations.

• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, tracking mechanisms, and lead-generation attribution.

• Direct experience in developing AI agents using Cassidy, Custom GPTs, OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, LangChain, or similar tools.

• Background in working with B2B digital marketing agencies or agency-side clients.

• Capacity to interpret API documentation and resolve technical issues independently.

• Coding or scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ClickUp and Slack is beneficial.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills for both internal and client-facing communications.

• Strong capabilities in SOP documentation.
