This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Serve as the primary Technical Expert
• Collaborate closely with Supportworks clients to assess project requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop customized solutions.
• Consult with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that job specifications are met with accuracy.
• Advocate for the use of Supportworks products, providing advice and support to our customer base.
• Educate & Train Stakeholders
• Create technical documents, specifications, case studies, training materials, and other resources.
• Share your knowledge through webinars and in-person presentations aimed at design professionals and customers.
• Assist in training our network of installing contractors on how to achieve success in commercial projects, covering aspects like bidding, equipment requirements, contract comprehension, etc.
• Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent and promote Supportworks products and engineering practices.
• Drive Product Innovation & Compliance
• Work with third-party agencies to obtain and maintain product evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and testing laboratories on product sampling, documentation, and validation processes.
• Oversee renewals and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Geotechnical or Civil)
• Over 10 years of pertinent experience
• A valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory
• Proficient in design software
• Knowledge of commercial and residential construction codes
• In-depth understanding of soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and both residential and commercial construction.
