Technical Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical execution for the onboarding of all new clients.

• Ensure an onboarding experience that is smooth, timely, and exceptional.

• Implement the technical setup for onboarding and offboarding clients.

• Secure access to new client services and manage transitions effectively.

• Maintain precise documentation and keep key systems updated.

• Track project progress and guarantee completion within deadlines.

• Provide support to onsite technicians and document work consistently.

• Archive project materials and verify project closure.

• Work collaboratively with leadership to continuously enhance templates and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.

• Understanding of common business technologies.

• Experience in a variety of technical environments.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components.

• Strong technical skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions.

• Personable demeanor with the ability to engage with all levels of a business.

• Quick to adapt and incorporate new techniques and processes.
