This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Become a part of the dynamic sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
• Play a key role in driving revenue growth.

• Utilize your technical knowledge and consultative sales abilities to showcase a comprehensive range of analytical instruments and consumables.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, from lab managers to executives.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• A master's degree along with experience in capital equipment sales within the life sciences sector.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Technical familiarity with molecular biology techniques, especially qPCR, sequencing, and associated workflows.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to develop and implement strategic territory plans.
• Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems (notably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in selling to government, academic, clinical, or biotech accounts is preferred.
