Senior General QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute manual smoke, regression, and cross-browser testing for websites and mobile applications.

• Carry out functional testing for web and mobile applications.

• Assess test outcomes to ensure software quality.

• Collaborate with teams to understand testing requirements.

• Identify, report, and track bugs effectively.

• Develop test plans, checklists, documentation, and test cases.

• Evaluate and review project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in testing Web and PWA for both desktop and mobile browsers.

• Familiarity with client-server architecture.

• Experience with SQL, Kibana, and GitLab.

• Background in testing APIs utilizing Postman or similar tools.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.

• Comprehensive understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.

• Experience in preparing test documentation, including test plans, suites, scenarios, and checklists.

• Familiarity with automation testing is a significant advantage.

• Interest in automation testing is a plus.

• Upper-intermediate level of English is essential.
