Senior GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/GenAI solutions focusing on prompt engineering, architecture, consulting, and enterprise architecture.

• Background in software development.

• Outstanding communication skills, suitable for customer-facing roles.

• Profound understanding of GenAI/ML technologies and their applications.

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning principles, with a strong command of Python.

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and refining end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Generative AI and a minimum of 2+ years in traditional Machine Learning, emphasizing the creation, training, and deployment of services like recommendation engines, deep learning, and generative AI models.

• Expertise in LLM (GPT); prompt engineering for reflex, model, and self-learning agents.

• Skilled in Python for coding wrappers, interfacing with APIs, and developing utilities.

• Familiarity with packages such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Experience in assembling intelligent AI agents for a variety of use cases.

• A recent application of Agentic AI powered by LLMs, such as an NLQ to SQL translator.

• Must possess the capability to think critically for solution design.

• Experienced with Large Language Models, Transformers, CNN, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pytorch, NLP libraries, Embedding Models, and Vector Databases.

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, and other open-source models, as well as Azure OpenAI models.

• Educational foundation in Engineering, Math, and Statistics (Data Science/Computer Science preferred).

• Bachelor’s Degree.
