This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the technical integration of our GenAI solutions across a targeted selection of ISV and CSP Platforms, working in close collaboration with their Platform Architects.
• Establish technical goals, timelines, and strategies for product adoption, ensuring alignment with the long-term objectives of each partner.
• Engage in hands-on design and development methodologies, including coding and crafting reference architectures that operationalize RAG, LLM inference, and Multi-Agent workflows using NVIDIA libraries (NeMo, NIMs, Triton, Tensor-RT, etc.), along with vLLM, LangChain, vector DBs, MCP, A2A, and associated technologies, deployed on major CSP platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Take ownership of the technical product engagement.
• Facilitate regular meetings, track progress, monitor adoption status, and conduct internal reporting in accordance with NVIDIA's cultural values.
• Collaborate closely with NVIDIA Product, Engineering, Research, Solution Architecture, and other teams to develop the most effective solutions.
• Gain comprehensive understanding across all phases of the GenAI lifecycle, with particular expertise in areas such as Data Curation, LLM Pre-training, Finetuning (including PEFT and SFT), post-training, Reasoning, RAG, Multi-agent workflows, and LLM Inference for production implementations.
• Advocate for Partner needs and architectural design within Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to the Product roadmap by sharing insights from extensive enterprise environments and cross-industry trends, gathered from ISV partnerships.
• Cultivate expertise in GenAI Platform Architecture while staying current with industry advancements and NVIDIA libraries, models, and frameworks to effectively assist partner Platform teams.
• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience in technical Product or Engineering roles within Enterprise Software, Cloud Platforms, and production deployments, particularly focused on building partner integrations.
• A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid foundation in AI/ML and Deep Learning, with practical experience in constructing enterprise-grade GenAI systems, including complex RAGs, Multi-Agent architectures, and production LLM deployments in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages and libraries such as HuggingFace, LangChain, Python, PyTorch, NVIDIA NeMo, vLLM, AutoGen, TensorRT-LLM, etc., and familiarity with LLM application stages including Pre-training, Customization, Inference, Evaluation, and Benchmarking.
• Capable of rapidly researching, prototyping, and collaborating with various teams to determine the optimal technical solutions for evolving GenAI customer scenarios, demonstrating ownership and collaboration on large projects.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise deployments, including MLOps, Cloud Native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow, and Enterprise IT environments encompassing Security, Compliance, Governance, Data infrastructure, and Deployments across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud platforms.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills, along with a deep interest in emerging AI technologies.
