Senior GenAI Engineer, LLMs, RAG, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and take ownership of comprehensive RAG pipelines.

• Assess, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs).

• Create and develop robust, scalable AI architectures.

• Set up evaluation frameworks for performance assessment.

• Collaborate with full-stack developers to implement AI functionalities.

• Work closely with enterprise clients to fulfill specific requirements.

• Keep abreast of current developments in GenAI and integrate them accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in applied AI/ML within production settings.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.

• Strong familiarity with at least one major LLM provider.

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices.

• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Proficient German language skills (minimum B2 level).
