Senior GenAI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in cutting-edge multi-agent functionalities, enhancing existing features and conceptualizing new ones.

• Work across the entire technology stack, including frontend and backend development in C# and Python, infrastructure, and continuous integration.

• Create AI capabilities utilizing Pigment’s computation engine, ensuring determinism, auditability, and insightful data visualizations.

• Develop AI features with a bold product vision that have tangible real-world effects and are designed for longevity.

• Collaborate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and impactful team.

• Contribute to pioneering NLP initiatives and enhance Pigment’s AI-driven business planning solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in producing production-quality code.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or similar languages.

• Practical experience with prompting large language models, utilizing vibe coding tools or implemented GenAI features.

• Familiarity with recent advancements in agent technology is advantageous.

• Ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Product-focused mindset for converting user requirements into straightforward technical solutions.

• Enthusiasm for Generative AI.

• Bonus: experience with Kubernetes.

• Bonus: experience in developing agents using LangGraph.

• Bonus: experience in constructing and launching complex products based on LLMs.
