This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise and enhance daily operational processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of business activities.
• Design, optimize, and sustain operational workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Assess operational efficiency, including cost analysis, resource utilization, and process enhancements.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
• Handle logistics, inventory management, and supply chain responsibilities as required.
• Serve as a primary contact for operational inquiries, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
• Employ SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data from various back-end systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational insights to assist in business decision-making.
• Aid in preserving data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within databases.
• Work in partnership with technical teams to comprehend system architecture, workflows, and data flow.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related and system-related issues efficiently.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and operational processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team and management.
• Develop, revise, and uphold procedural and process documentation.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow gaps and proposing solutions.
• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar operations-focused role.
• Basic proficiency in SQL is essential. The capability to write basic queries, joins, and aggregations is required.
• Strong understanding of back-end systems and database structures, with comfort in concepts such as tables, schemas, and data relationships.
• Experience with integrating operations tools, such as Zendesk and Asana.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A fast learner with the capacity to quickly grasp complex processes and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
