Senior Gebäudetechnik ERP-Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You analyze the current and future financial processes of the client and translate these into our solution offerings.

• You develop and take responsibility for a clear project plan within your area of responsibility.

• You lead individual sub-projects in the financial sector together with the client’s implementation team.

• You engage the client through compelling presentations, workshops, and demonstrations of our financial modules, as well as related apps, portals, and partner products.

• You proactively drive implementation efforts with the client and identify challenges at an early stage.

• You regularly monitor goal achievement and progress, considering the necessary company-wide collaboration to ensure success and high customer satisfaction.

• You manage communication with the internal 4PS organization to align customer expectations with what we deliver.

• At the conclusion of the project, you ensure a thorough final evaluation within the team, discussing lessons learned and securing knowledge for future projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• You speak the language of our clients and possess a deep understanding of financial processes—preferably in the construction industry, but we are also open to other sectors.

• You have prior experience with ERP solutions and their financial modules.

• You bring solid knowledge in the fields of financial accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling—ideally gained through education or professional experience.

• You possess excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.

• You have the capability to work with and shape a growing product.

• You enjoy facing new challenges repeatedly and mastering them.

• You are results-oriented and determined, but customer satisfaction is always your top priority.
