Senior Game Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create innovative and captivating iLottery concepts that adhere to core design principles.

• Develop and illustrate high-quality game assets, transforming them into polished vector art.

• Animate game components while adhering to fundamental animation principles and established animation workflows.

• Design and deliver games from initial concept through to support with minimal supervision, consistently meeting deadlines and surpassing expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and members of the Game Studio.

• Share expertise and mentor fellow team members.

• Provide and receive feedback in a clear and organized fashion.

• Advocate for reusability and enhance efficiency throughout the design and development process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in iLottery game design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in developing 2D mobile and/or web games.

• More than 5 years of experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate.

• Strong portfolio that highlights game design and animation expertise.

• Solid understanding of fundamental design and animation principles.

• Proven experience in developing 3D mobile and/or web games is advantageous.

• Creative thinker capable of generating concepts, themes, and innovative user interfaces and experiences.

• Passionate about iGaming and crafting engaging user experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner.

• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Skilled in managing workload effectively and prioritizing tasks independently.

• Positive demeanor and a great sense of humor.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
