Senior Fund Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various venture capital firms through regular meetings with general partners.

• Evaluate client requirements, enhance financial accounting processes, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

• Execute accounting, analytical, and financial reporting tasks.

• Leverage tools to furnish general partners with precise portfolio data and report metrics for informed strategic decisions.

• Conduct bank reconciliations.

• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger.

• Prepare investor allocations while ensuring the accuracy of fees and allocations.

• Compile financial data for investor reports.

• Collaborate with third-party providers to produce financial and investor information that aids in tax preparations.

• Contribute to product and software enhancements through cross-functional teamwork with product and operations departments.

• Assist in transforming fund administration into a software business via consultative client interactions and efficient, leading-edge processes.

• Over 3 years of experience in Venture Capital.
