Senior Functional/Technical Analyst – SAP MRO Aftermarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute system configurations, customization, and maintenance within designated SAP modules.

• Engage in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.

• Conduct technical and functional problem-solving while ensuring integration with other solutions/applications.

• Document business requirements and convert them into specification documents.

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.

• Lead or contribute to ERP-related projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.

• Identify, assess, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities facilitated by standard application configurations.

• Advocate for best practices and drive business benefits.

• Provide knowledge transfer to teams supporting post-go-live operations.

• Travel as necessary based on business/project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; OR, in lieu of a degree, 14+ years of relevant work experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP configuration specifically within the SAP Production Planning module.

• Excellent communication skills accompanied by strong facilitation and analytical abilities.

• Proven experience in project management.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Robust technical expertise in a complex SAP landscape is preferred.

• Proven leadership in successful process improvement initiatives is preferred.

• Must be available and able to travel based on business/project requirements.
