Senior Functional Consultant, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Oversee the implementation of transformative Salesforce solutions.

• Assist clients in achieving significant outcomes, particularly in Agentforce and AI-enhanced service experiences.

• Create and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant are mandatory).

• Strong experience in business analysis and leading client workshops.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and suggest multiple customized solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices for implementation.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Are knowledgeable about Agentforce and enthusiastic about its potential to transform customer service.

• Have been part of Agile teams (especially those using Scrum).

• Utilize data to generate insights and provide value-added recommendations.
