This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead workshops for client discovery, conduct stakeholder interviews, and gather requirements.
• Facilitate analysis of current and future state business processes.
• Create essential discovery and business analysis deliverables such as: process maps and swim lane diagrams, workflow and process documentation, user stories, epics and backlog refinement, functional requirements and acceptance criteria, as well as gap fit analysis with solution recommendations.
• Provide support for solution roadmaps and Statements of Work.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for managing requirements, administering backlogs, ensuring traceability, and coordinating tests.
• Employ AI-assisted tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity applications, to aid in analysis, documentation, and solution ideation.
• Offer recommendations for business process improvements and advise clients on industry best practices.
• Design and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Utilize Power Platform to enhance and extend the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
• Work collaboratively with Solution Architects and technical teams to convert business requirements into scalable functional designs.
• Engage in Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead and assist in user acceptance testing, test planning, training, and activities related to deployment readiness.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the delivery excellence across various engagements.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in delivering Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating business requirements workshops.
• Strong background in producing business analysis artifacts, including workflows, swim lanes, user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability, user stories, and testing support.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools or Copilot to facilitate business analysis, documentation, and solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
