Senior Functional Business Analyst – SAP PP/PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the functional leader for SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), ensuring efficient integration with both upstream and downstream modules such as MM, QM, WM, and FI/CO.

• Assist in the complete Plan-to-Stock (P2S) processes, which include logistics, production execution, maintenance, quality, warehouse, costing, and reporting.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into enhanced SAP solutions.

• Execute SAP system configuration, conduct integration testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop essential documentation such as functional specifications, solution proposals, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation.

• Provide support throughout all project phases—from gathering requirements to going live, hypercare, and transferring knowledge to end-users.

• Ensure adherence to global design principles, technical architecture, audit standards, and change management procedures.

• Offer daily support for AMS activities, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

• Diagnose process and system issues, including debugging and conducting root-cause analysis.

• Assist with integration efforts, particularly those involving SAP–MES and third-party system connections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP PP and SAP PM, including interactions between different modules.

• Profound understanding of Plan-to-Stock process flows across Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Costing.

• Experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems, particularly MES.

• Strong comprehension of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation standards.

• Ability to work effectively with global and offshore teams.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: Experience with SAP migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA.

• SAP Academy certification.
