Senior Functional Analyst – TeamcenterX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional design, requirements analysis, codeless BMIDE configuration, workflow design, and user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with company stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Convert business requirements into Teamcenter functional specifications.

• Configure Teamcenter using codeless BMIDE.

• Spearhead the migration from Aras to Teamcenter X.

• Create and maintain functional specifications.

• Direct user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Assist with Active Workspace stylesheet, command, and view configuration.

• Provide tier-3 functional support for Teamcenter production incidents.

• Mentor junior analysts and empower end-user power users.

• Contribute to the planning of the PLM roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience as a Teamcenter functional analyst, business analyst, or PLM consultant supporting Siemens Teamcenter.

• Proven hands-on experience in configuring Teamcenter using BMIDE (codeless).

• Strong background in configuring Teamcenter workflows.

• Experience leading UAT and validation cycles within a regulated environment.

• Experience in industries such as medical device, life sciences, aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.

• Siemens Teamcenter certifications (BMIDE, Workflow, AWC) and recognized business analysis qualifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
