Senior Fullstack Web Development Engineer – React/Typescript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create a cross-browser web extension utilizing React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Establish RESTful communication with back-end microservices.

• Collaborate with product management, UX, and development teams employing Scrum methodologies.

• Analyze requirements, suggest technical solutions, and participate in architectural decision-making.

• Implement and uphold coding standards and best practices, including linting, testing, and documentation.

• Investigate, debug, and resolve intricate technical challenges in both production and development environments.

• Propel improvements in application performance and optimization.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, guidance, and pair programming.

• Contribute to technical documentation and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.

• Keep abreast of front-end technologies, industry trends, best practices, and emerging innovations.

• Enhance the team’s technology stack and workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React and its ecosystem, including React Query, Hooks, and Context.

• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, ARIA accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience in developing and maintaining browser extensions, such as those for Chrome or Firefox, is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with RESTful back-end integration.

• Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Familiarity with C#/.NET is a bonus but not mandatory.

• Strong understanding of Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Proficiency in version control systems.

• Exceptional design skills and comprehensive software development lifecycle experience are essential.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with a globally distributed team.

• Ability to quickly read and comprehend both new and existing code.

• Familiarity with web-based security principles and best practices is preferred.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps pipelines is an advantage.

• Experience with YAML is a plus.
