Senior Fullstack Software Engineer – f/d/m

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a vital member of a small, senior-exclusive team responsible for the comprehensive ownership of the femtasy platform.

• Work in close collaboration with the CTO, Product, and Marketing teams to provide outstanding value.

• Develop new features across the entire technology stack, from backend to frontend.

• Integrate AI as a fundamental component in the construction and enhancement of workflows.

• Design, maintain, and scale the platform, which operates on AWS and is delivered via Netlify.

• Take full responsibility for quality, ensuring that every PR is initially reviewed by AI reviewers.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams, playing a crucial role in determining and executing features that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a minimum of 3–4 years at a senior level, managing production systems through significant growth—enough experience to have witnessed failures that no tutorial prepares you for.

• Extensive, hands-on experience in at least two out of three areas: frontend, backend, infrastructure, along with a genuine interest in the third.

• This position may not be suitable if your career has been confined to a single discipline.

• You are already utilizing AI tools in your daily work—not just autocomplete, but with AI agents—and can present concrete examples from your recent projects. This requirement is essential, and our application process includes a request for such examples.

• A user-focused mindset with a solid grasp of business metrics is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required. This role is fully remote within the EU, with our engineering team currently based in Germany, Spain, and Portugal, and our headquarters located in Berlin.

• Whether you prefer working from the Berlin office, fully remote, or a hybrid arrangement, we accommodate what works best for you. You must reside in the EU and possess a valid EU work permit (CET ±2h).

• Our core collaboration hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 CET, with flexibility beyond those hours.
