Senior Fullstack SDK Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Customer.io's SDKs across various platforms

• Oversee SDK projects from inception to completion

• Optimize the SDK delivery framework

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams

• Utilize AI agents to facilitate multi-file modifications

• Exhibit a strong sense of customer empathy in the role

• Proficient in at least one well-established programming language

• Proven experience in developing and refining mature, production-quality software

• Exceptional understanding of contemporary LLMs and agent-based coding tools

• Ability to operate with high autonomy in uncertain environments

• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication

• Capability to work efficiently across various languages and technology stacks
