Senior Fullstack Engineer – Ingeniero/a de Software Fullstack Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing backend services that drive the onboarding process, including sign-up, KYB/KYC workflows, document collection, verification orchestration, and account activation.

• Contributing to the frontend by creating intuitive, responsive interfaces that minimize friction during critical moments for customers, simplifying a complex compliance journey.

• Managing integrations with external providers such as identity verification, document validation, and business data sources, while abstracting their intricacies through clean, resilient internal APIs.

• Collaborating across various functions, including Product, Design, Risk, and Compliance, to convert regulatory requirements and activation objectives into exceptional product experiences.

• Utilizing AI tools to accelerate delivery and enhance team efficiency.

• Elevating team standards through code reviews, pair programming, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with proven execution in production settings.

• Strong expertise in either Java (backend) or React (frontend), along with a genuine willingness to work across both ends of the stack.

• Experience in building integrations with third-party APIs, with comfort in asynchronous patterns, error management, and navigating the complexities of external dependencies.

• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, and modern CI/CD practices along with Github workflows.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools to automate processes and enhance code effectiveness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions across different regions.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and demonstrate a high level of ownership over results.
