Senior Fullstack Engineer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop robust, comprehensive features that facilitate intuitive self-onboarding for customers, smooth subscription upgrades, and highly efficient e-commerce checkout processes.

• Take ownership of complete features, from database schema and RESTful API architecture (Node.js) to a polished and responsive frontend implementation (React/TypeScript).

• Produce clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to iterate rapidly and deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Recognize technical debt and contribute to architectural enhancements that boost reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Mentor junior engineers and engage in on-call rotations to ensure the systems' high availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fullstack software engineering.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or comparable modern backend technologies).

• Extensive experience in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and managing relational databases.

• A solid understanding of product dynamics, including product-led growth mechanisms, conversion funnels, and user-centric design principles.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects, make sound architectural choices, and maintain a high level of accountability.
