Senior Fullstack Engineer – Elixir, Phoenix

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a robust codebase utilizing Elixir alongside Phoenix, LiveView, TailwindCSS, and daisyUI.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to devise intelligent solutions.

• Design architecture that ensures reliability, scalability, and fosters developer satisfaction.

• Assume responsibility for privacy and security protocols.

• Offer suggestions for enhancing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, preferably with Elixir or Ruby.

• A strong emphasis on code quality paired with a pragmatic approach.

• Experience working within small, autonomous teams.

• A product-oriented mindset and an exploratory approach.

• Familiarity with GDPR and principles of secure software design.

• A sense of curiosity, the capacity for reflection, and a passion for learning.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.

• Preferred: Experience handling sensitive data, understanding of encryption, knowledge of DevOps, and familiarity with the Shape Up methodology.
