Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of senior engineers to design, develop, and enhance the Lingo.dev products.

• Web applications - Focus on routing, navigation, onboarding processes, user experience, and performance optimization.

• Open source tools - Development of CLI and webpack/vite plugins.

• Backend APIs - Emphasizing encapsulation, API design, and security measures.

• Database layer management (PostgreSQL).

• Integration with third-party systems.

• Development of AI agents.

• Take comprehensive ownership of features from conception to deployment: create technical designs, review them with founders and the team, and implement end-to-end solutions with tests and documentation.

• Work through 3 sprints focused on the product roadmap, followed by 1 cooldown sprint for customer feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Participate in Weekly Demo Days alongside the rest of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Developed your own application or side project that has been utilized by others - this could include tools for friends, small products, or open-source packages that real users depend on.

• Minimum of 5 years of production experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

• Proficient in React, with a strong understanding of Suspense-first patterns, skeleton loaders, and loading states.

• Familiarity with SSR, CSR, and SSG methodologies.

• In-depth expertise in React routing libraries.

• Experience in building or contributing to design systems or component libraries utilized by others.

• Proven experience in designing navigation, onboarding flows, and user journeys.

• Backend experience with Node.js (Express.js or a similar framework) and PostgreSQL.

• Skilled in designing production-ready APIs.

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems.

• Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

• Previous remote work experience in distributed teams.

• Availability from 7-10 am San Francisco time on a daily basis.

• Proficient in English.

• Extensive knowledge of AI coding tools and workflows, utilizing them on a daily basis and maximizing their potential.
