Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of feature delivery from start to finish, encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

• Lead the technical direction and architecture while actively contributing hands-on.

• Create workplace solutions that include desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floorplans.

• Design and manage integrations with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe.

• Oversee and enhance GCP infrastructure, focusing on deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability.

• Modernize a well-established enterprise platform while ensuring customer-facing reliability is maintained.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to grasp requirements and deliver promptly.

• Establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to team expansion as hiring progresses.

• Maintain broad ownership of the platform and autonomously enhance systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing production SaaS applications.

• Proficient in React and TypeScript.

• Strong expertise in Node.js.

• Comfortable working with Python and Django.

• Experience in building and managing multi-tenant SaaS solutions in production using MySQL or a similar relational database.

• Solid foundation in secure API design.

• Experience managing production cloud infrastructure; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is preferred, though transferable experience with AWS or Azure is acceptable.

• Proven ability to manage production incidents from alerting to resolution.

• Hands-on experience across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer interactions.

• Familiarity with integrating LLMs or AI functionalities into production applications.

• Proficiency in English, with a minimum C1 level.

• Nice-to-haves: Experience with Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other enterprise collaboration tools.

• Nice-to-haves: Background in enterprise scheduling, workplace management, or facilities software.

• Nice-to-haves: Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment.
