Senior Fullstack Engineer, Agentic Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Architect and Oversee Agentic Solutions: Lead the creation of platforms that operate AI agents, seamlessly integrating them with CreatorIQ through data connectors such as our APIs and custom MCP servers.

• Ensure Safety & Governance: Design and uphold strong guardrails to guarantee our agents are secure, dependable, and compliant for global enterprise clients.

• Facilitate Agent Discovery: Develop systems and interfaces that empower users to find, assess, and choose the appropriate AI agents for their specific business workflows.

• Create Scalable Agentic-Ready Systems: Lead the development of frontend interfaces (React/TS) and backend services (Node.js/Python) that enhance these agentic experiences.

• Collaborate with Clients: Occasionally represent CreatorIQ in client-facing discussions, acting as a technical consultant to demonstrate our Agentic solutions and gather insights for future applications.

• Propel Innovation: Provide guidance on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategies to support our long-term strategic roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including a background in building full-stack applications and distributed systems.

• More than 2 years of experience designing or deploying AI-powered applications, LLM systems, agent frameworks, or related intelligent automation solutions.

• Experience in Agentic Systems & Governance: You have hands-on experience in constructing and regulating AI agent frameworks, comprehending the challenges of deploying agents at scale, and are dedicated to enforcing essential safety measures.

• Proficient in Backend & API Development: You possess expertise in Node.js and Python, with a solid foundation in building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors.

• Full-Stack Proficiency: You have substantial experience with React and TypeScript, enabling you to develop intuitive UIs that allow users to interact effortlessly with AI agents.

• Consultative Approach: You are adept at engaging with clients, articulating complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand language, and transforming their requirements into future-proof features.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure & Cloud: You have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, equipping you to manage the environments in which these agents operate.
