Senior Fullstack Developer – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable backend microservices and APIs.

• Oversee technical delivery across engineering teams, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups to implement platform features from start to finish.

• Guide engineers and perform code reviews.

• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Assist with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and ensuring production reliability.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in backend development utilizing Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, and Step Functions.

• Comprehensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DynamoDB.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, Git, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Background in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role.

• Experience in media, ad tech, or data-intensive platforms.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tools.

• Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures.
