Senior Fullstack Developer – C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and user experience standards right from the initial phases of the new web application.

• Influence the team’s technical decisions (including libraries, API patterns, code architecture, and testing strategies) to ensure that each choice facilitates future delivery without adding unnecessary complexity.

• Convert user requirements into implemented solutions that address genuine problems, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.

• Reliably and securely integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) to ensure smooth migration and authentication processes in production.

• Identify potential technical risks in advance to prevent them from hindering the team, and propose actionable solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Elevate the team’s technical standards through code reviews and mentorship that foster growth in others, rather than merely validating their work.

• Excel in using AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to achieve a level of quality and productivity that exceeds what a solo developer could attain.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software development, preferably within a product-driven environment;

• Solid understanding of frontend development using React (TypeScript);

• Proficient in backend development with C# / .NET;

• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgment within a product context;

• Experience working alongside product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences;

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in everyday software development;

• Effective communicator who can constructively challenge product decisions;

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
