Senior Fullstack Developer, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and user experience standards from the initial milestones of the new web application.

• Influence the team's technical decisions (including libraries, API structures, code organization, and testing strategies) to ensure that each choice fosters future delivery speed rather than creating additional burdens.

• Convert user requirements into deployed solutions that effectively address real problems, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.

• Seamlessly integrate Microsoft APIs (such as Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and MSAL) to ensure smooth migration and authentication processes in production environments.

• Proactively identify technical risks before they hinder the team, providing actionable solutions that maintain progress.

• Elevate the team's technical standards through code reviews and mentoring that foster the growth of others rather than merely validating code.

• Excel with AI-assisted development tools (like Claude and GitHub Copilot) to achieve a level of quality and output beyond what a single developer can accomplish alone.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in software development, preferably in a product-focused setting;

• Strong proficiency in frontend development using React (TypeScript);

• Experience in backend development utilizing C# / .NET;

• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgment within a product context;

• Experience working alongside product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences;

• Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday software development;

• Clear and direct communicator capable of constructively challenging product decisions;

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
