Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and manage scalable backend services and RESTful APIs utilizing C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.

• Develop and enhance contemporary web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Create and sustain integrations with laboratories, external service providers, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.

• Evaluate existing solutions and enhance software architecture for better maintainability, scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Provide support for mobile applications through backend capabilities, API integrations, and technical direction.

• Work collaboratively with Product, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders.

• Engage in modernization projects involving microservices, cloud-native services, and distributed architectures.

• Diagnose production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions while ensuring system uptime.

• Adhere to engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, documentation, secure development, and code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or in a comparable technical role.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

• Solid front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Proficient in designing, consuming, and maintaining APIs and third-party integrations.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-hosted applications.

• In-depth understanding of software design patterns, scalable application architecture, and distributed systems.

• Experience in Agile environments collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical services, laboratory systems, patient management platforms, or other regulated industries.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Azure Functions, Docker, Kafka, Entity Framework, Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, or similar technologies.

• Preferred: Background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting mobile applications and backend services for critical business workflows.

• Microsoft Azure certification such as AZ-900 or equivalent is advantageous.

• Preferred: Previous experience in fintech, payments, logistics technology, SaaS platforms, or software factory environments.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
