Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in end-to-end project collaboration with a focus on backend systems, API design, and integrations. Collaborate with product and design teams to define features and deliver a polished product into production.

• Develop code across the entire stack, currently utilizing Ruby + Rails for the backend and Turbo/Tailwind for the frontend.

• Balance between focused work and collaborative sessions, depending on the project demands and your personal energy levels.

• Foster an exceptional codebase through architecture discussions, automated testing, and thorough code review processes.

• Contribute a fresh perspective that encourages our team to evolve and enhance its capabilities.
