Senior Full Stack JS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from conception to completion — encompassing both technical strategy and execution.

• Design solutions and implement best practices for scalable, AI-driven products.

• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring high standards of quality while maintaining a rapid delivery pace.

• Bridge the gap between product vision, technical viability, and business requirements.

• Clearly articulate options, trade-offs, costs, and timelines to both our team and clients.

• Tackle complex problems, oversee implementation, and coordinate technical challenges with clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development (React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL).

• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Comprehensive understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.

• Excellent communicators who can articulate options, trade-offs, and technical specifics to clients and teams.

• Capability to decompose complex issues into manageable tasks.

• Strong commitment to maintaining coding standards and holding team members accountable.

• Practical experience with microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript (minimum of 5 years).

• Experience in RESTful API design and implementation.

• Familiarity with OAuth and single sign-on (SAML).

• Leadership qualities to ensure quality execution, drive teams forward, and keep projects aligned with timelines.

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases — such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.

• Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript language principles.

• Ability to express, present, and discuss ideas in English (B2-C1 level).

• Flexibility in working hours to engage in meetings with Eastern USA.
