Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement user-friendly interfaces that deliver seamless and secure user experiences for engaging with both on-chain and off-chain data.

• Integrate and develop web3 libraries and frameworks to facilitate interactions with blockchain networks, encompassing wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and transaction management. Prior experience in web3 is highly desirable, though not mandatory for enthusiastic learners.

• Enhance front-end code for optimal performance, ensuring quick load times and smooth interactions, while addressing the unique challenges associated with retrieving and integrating blockchain data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to grasp project requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Define and create API endpoints and services essential for front-end functionality, ensuring effective communication between front-end and back-end components.

• Implement integrations with external systems that support our web applications and operations teams.

• Aid in the assessment and integration of third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks that can streamline the development process and enhance the overall quality of the product.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in Web3 and blockchain technologies, and proactively propose enhancements to improve user experience and technical architecture.

• Engage in code reviews and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience contributing to production codebases utilizing Node.js/React/Javascript (Typescript).

• At least 1 year of experience or a demonstrated interest (through side projects) in developing decentralized applications.

• Residing in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.

• Bachelor's degree or substantial coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving needs and requirements.

• Strong foundational knowledge of web application, API, and web3 development.

• A commitment to continuous learning and adherence to best practices across the entire technology stack.

• A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An engineering generalist eager to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.

• A demonstrated interest in the cryptocurrency space — whether through building, investing, yield farming, minting, voting, or any other engagement that excites you.
