Senior Full Stack Engineer, Post Order Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designing and implementing features that impact customers.

• Continuously refine both new and existing features to enhance user experience and performance.

• Contribute to software architecture, best development practices, and the adoption of innovative technologies.

• Elevate the maturity of the technical stack by applying engineering best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to fellow engineers.

• Actively code, eliminate obstacles, and resolve technical issues hands-on.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Growth, Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations in an agile environment.

• Enhance uptime and assist in the on-call rotation to support 24/7 business operations.

• Work on the Server-Driven UI service within the Backend-for-Frontend architecture.

• Design and maintain backend services and databases.

• Contribute to product strategy, establish OKRs, outline the roadmap, and convey status, risks, and strategies to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

• Proficient in ReactJS, Kotlin/Java, GraphQL, and MySQL.

• Experience in designing and constructing cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, and web applications.

• Skilled in implementing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests.

• Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures.

• Knowledgeable in building and interfacing with backend REST APIs.

• Familiar with continuous integration processes.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Ability to utilize generative AI to enhance output quality and efficiency.

• Preferred: experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

• Preferred: experience with React Native.

• Experience in the food technology sector is an advantage.
